Seaglass jewellery and seaweed artwork for lovers of the ocean, and Jersey!

Shaped by the Ocean are a mum and daughter team, creating handmade jewellery and art, inspired by the ocean and their love of beach combing. This family duo collect sea glass, pottery, and seaweed, from beaches around the island. Transforming them into unique, one-of-a-kind jewellery pieces and pressed seaweed artworks.

All of their handmade jewellery is made with .925 recycled sterling silver, and the seaglass is exactly as it was found on the beach. Each piece has been naturally shaped, and frosted, by the waves, sand and saltwater, inspiring a unique design for every item. Custom orders are available through the summer, including the use of your own beach find!

Their seaweed art showcases the incredible diversity of species we have in Jersey waters. Each species is carefully identified and labelled with its common name, and also the scientific name. Beautiful as a one-off piece, but also look fabulous as a set. Your only problem will be choosing which to pick! Framed original pressings are available, as well as limited edition prints.
